PARTIAL PLAN
For those who are busy but still want to be hands-on with their wedding day. We will be the professionals to keep you on top of wedding tasks and execute the final product.
Includes:
Up to one year before the wedding date
12 two-hour planning sessions (typically monthly)
Task lists following meetings to keep everyone on schedule
Itinerary planning
Rehearsal coordination
All-day coordination & vendor coordination
Providing checklists and ensuring deadlines and tasks are completed by the couple
Access to professional advice throughout the entire process.
Investment: $5,600 +HST
FULL PLAN
This package is curated to help guide you through the wedding planning process without the stress. We will be with you every step of the way from booking the venue to down the aisle.
Includes:
Up to one year before the wedding date
Unlimited meetings, texts and emails
Finding and booking the perfect vendors
Guidance to stay within budget
Guidance on style, colours, decor, linens, and appointments
Itinerary planning
Rehearsal coordination
All-day coordination & vendor coordination
Providing checklists and ensuring deadlines and tasks are completed by the couple
Access to professional advice and guidance throughout the entire process.
Ability to add-on services such as: invite management, guest management and more!

DESIGN
Our standalone Design service is tailored for clients seeking a visually stunning wedding but don’t know where to start. We take charge of all design-related aspects, ensuring your dreamy visions come to life precisely as you imagined on your special day.
DESIGN TIMELINE: TYPICALLY 6-9 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE
Includes:
Curated design vendor referrals and management
Design vendor contract review
Budget assessment and management for design elements
Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, colour palette, and custom floor plans
Oversight of additional design elements, including lighting design and tablescape decor
Sourcing of custom design pieces, including event furnishings and other decor
Management of structural event elements, including tenting, flooring, and staging
Sourcing paper suite to include: invitations, place cards, name cards, signage, etc.
Sourcing and creation of custom installations for cake, escort card, and other displays
Oversee the installation of design elements on the wedding day
Coordinate post-event breakdown of design elements
Option to add on Coordination at a discounted cost

POWER PLANNING SESSIONS
This session was created for newly engaged couples to get their wedding planning process started. We will spend 2 hours discussing your vision, ideas, and budget. By the end of the session, you will have a rounded vision for your wedding day and where to start!
Investment: $300 +HST
